Amie Reynolds joined as the Associate Executive Director of Development in 2023. She graduated from Baylor University in 2007 with a BA in International Studies and was a part of the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core in the Honors College. She is currently pursuing Master’s of Public Service and Administration at the Bush School at Texas A&M University.

She has spent her career in development work and in vocational church leadership in both U.S. and cross-cultural contexts. She started two small businesses in Turkey, an English consulting business and agritourism farm, and remains deeply connected to those businesses.

Amie is the President of the Tennyson Middle School PTA, a mentor with the Waco Chamber’s LEAD program, an elementary school Sunday school teacher, and is actively involved in activities across Waco ISD.

She is married to Jonathan and has four children, Landry, Strider, Truett, and Jachin. She loves sports, whether watching (or playing with!) her own kids, college, or professional, reading, and making Turkish food.
