Dear Partners, Gifts for the King 2022 is charged with purpose and justice. Consider choosing some of your giving in honor of someone and do justice for the poor. 60% of the chronically hungry are women and girls. 1 in 3 women ages 15-19 experience sexual violence. Every 90 seconds a woman dies during pregnancy or childbirth. I could go on, but aren't these inequities startling? The great news is that our impact studies reveal that when income is put into a woman's hands, she and her children have food, health, education and door locks. We focus on women and children because it is working. Read Our 2021 Impact. When women are given hope and access to a loan, a goat, clean water and friendship they change their communities. One of our goals for the next 2 years is to focus on one of the poorest and most unreached places in the world, South Asia. Our partners with boots on the ground have provided medical access for 3 years. These partnerships have opened doors to facilitate visible acts of justice for women. South Asian women need empowerment through access to loans, goats, and education. Join with us to seek first the Kingdom of God. Justice for the poor is a beautiful gift in the name of Jesus.
