Model, Approach and Process

July 19, 2021

The LORD has chosen and sent me to tell the oppressed the good news, to heal the brokenhearted, and to announce freedom for prisoners and captives. Isaiah 61

Our Mission Objective: to hear with our heart the cries and heartbeat of the world’s pain and injustice

Mission World Model

God’s Kingdom provides living water to heal the soul, clean water for the body, shelter from the storm, food for the hungry, education for the mind, training that brings dignity and worth through the work of your hands, and justice for the oppressed.

You will bring about His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven, clearly and obviously to the eye and mind. Matthew 6

Our Model Objective: to take the time and effort to use salt and light effectively

Mission World Approach

God’s grace, goodness, mercy, and forgiveness through Jesus saving blood shed for us needs to be clear and obvious.

Access to education, training for a job, healing wounds of trauma, or a $90 loan, becomes a tangible tool and solution to injustice. A whole community sees how God opens the eyes of women immersed in darkness through the tangible microloan programs lead by servant leaders.  God’s truth brings healing and wholeness to the lost and the broken.

Don’t you know that the reason God is good and kind to you is because he wants you to seek His purpose for your life?  Romans 2

Our Approach Objective: to intentionally teach that La Hai Roi He is the God who sees you; you are made in God’s image, you are: loved, called, chosen, confident, enough, holy, included, invited, seen, miracle divine, valued, strong, peacemaker, redeemed, set free, worthy, and treasured.

Mission World Process

When servant leaders teach their community people weekly who they are in Christ, their lives are transformed. If the world is to see the love of Christ it must be intentionally clear to the eye and obvious to the mind. A broken relationship with God becomes healed: a woman living in darkness learns she is loved; a man’s heart is empowered by God he becomes salt and light for his community. Transformed people see God’s creation as a gift and they bear fruit with their hands and their hearts. The Lord’s Spirit has come to me, because he has chosen me to tell the oppressed the good news, to heal the brokenhearted, and to announce freedom for prisoners and captives, to give sight to the blind, to free everyone who suffers.  Luke 4:18

Our Process Objective: to teach and create the Holistic Model- Spiritual- Bible Study & Prayer-Weekly, Work-job creation, Intellectual-education, Emotional- healing trauma, Environmental-agriculture center/goats, chickens, vegetables, Physical -food, water, shelter, Social-relationships learning to trust, Financial–savings and income.
